About the Program
The Regional Park Pass Lending Program offers Saskatchewan residents the opportunity to explore nearly 100 unique Regional Parks throughout the province with a free Regional Park Pass. Available to Saskatchewan Library card holders from May 17 to September 15, 2024, each pass provides access for up to seven days.
These parks offer a wide range of amenities, including camping, swimming, boating, fishing, sports grounds, and golf courses*. Your pass includes the Saskatchewan Regional Parks Guide and maps to help you plan your adventure.

Borrowing Guidelines
- Passes are available at all Saskatchewan libraries.
- Passes must be checked out with a valid library card.
- Passes are first come, first served. For pass availability, contact your preferred participating branch.
- Passes are for park entry only, camping and activities fees are not included.
- Passes can be checked out for a maximum of seven days; renewals are not permitted.
- Passes are not available for holds, limit of one per household.
- Passes must be returned to the library from which they were borrowed.
- Display the hang tag from your rearview mirror with the park pass facing out.
- Unreturned or lost passes will incur a replacement charge of $60.
- Unreturned passes will result in a library account freeze.

- How many passes are there? 850 passes will be distributed to every library region across the province.
- How many libraries are participating in the program? All of them! This year, every Saskatchewan library branch in the regional library system has signed on to participate as well as the libraries at the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina.
- How many passes are at each branch? Passes have been distributed based on demand and the number of branches in each region. If you are unsure if the library you would like to visit has a pass available, call ahead to confirm.
